I believe balanced meals are like fruits & fast food & salads.Fast food gets you real fat but if you eat it everyday its real bad for your health. Fruit are super bomb and plus there good for your body and muscles and health. Mostly all the fruits have alot of proteins. Salads are good and nutritious for you esspcially the letucce. I believe these are the most balanced meals there is for me . (:

My plans after high school are probably go to a 2 year college and try to get the easiest degrees there is. And after that i want to start working and start making my own money and not be depending on my parents no more. If i do go to college im probably going to start looking for my own apartment and be chillen all the time. I would want to be an enginieer because they pay preety good so those are my plans after high school (:

My journal 4/25

I remember like two months ago me and my friend Omar got in a fight during school lunch. Omar had been my friend since elementary and after that fight it just wasnt the same w/ me and him. I had said sorry to him but he was so hard headed that he didnt even want to answer my phone calls. During school like 2 weeks after it had happen he came up to me while i was walking to my class and told me that it was stupid of us getting down and that we shoukd just be homies. Since what happen i dont fight my friends no matter what.

I remember when ihad to stop smoking budd & and drinking and i did for i while but then istarted doing it like for a while & i started popping dirtys w/  my p.o and i had to stop like foreals . Thats why i needed to make the decision of stop hanging out with some friends that smoke budd and that are alcpholics. After idid all of that for a while to istarted talking more to my pops and he would trust me more. That was probably the bestest choice i had to do to change my life to a better one.
